AL1044 Leaf Chain is manufactured to ANSI standards and is apart of the AL Series of leaf chains. The most common applications for leaf chain is forklifts, material handling, and lifting applications that require a high strength and heavy duty chain. The standard AL1044 leaf chain that we offer is manufactured using high quality components (pins and plates) that have gone through special manufacturing processes to ensure strength and durability, more so than other leaf chains on the market. This chain has a 4X4 lacing and is supplied as 10ft boxes, reels (50ft – 250ft), and cut to length sections upon request.

The standard series of leaf chains is also notably known as the General Duty Plus Series, it’s made above and beyond most brands of leaf chain with proprietary manufacturing processes and features that include surface heat-treated components, shot peened components, and factory pre-loading to reduce initial stretch.

This series of chain also has shot peened components and has been factory pre-loaded, among additional proprietary manufacturing techniques to ensure the it’s the highest quality leaf chain on the market. The true end results of the various processes and treatments done to this chain is a high-strength and heavy duty leaf chain that is sure to impress!
